To create a marketing package to showcase the unique nature of this exclusive development nestled within a conservation area, ultimately drive sales off-plan.
Create a stylish content package of external house type CGI’s, a street scene, external animation and drone matched footage to capture the quintessential village setting of the development before it was constructed. We explored the combination of brick, stone and rendered properties on the site, highlighting the large green open space for the residents to enjoy and backed up the build quality and variation of properties for sale. The client wanted us to produce a drone matched section of footage to place the development in its picturesque rural surroundings, showcasing the unique charm and character of the scheme.

We recommended creating a suite of distinct house types CGI’s showing the unique character style to each house type. We tailored the external animation to showcase all the differing plot frontages, using our expertise to highlight the one-of–a-kind barn style dwellings whilst also showing the developments selling points. This was achieved by fusing a number of low level camera angles together to give a high quality cinematic feeling to the footage.
We worked closely with the client to achieve the best possible marketing outcome for this exclusive development. The client wanted to highlight the unique picturesque individual characteristics of the development to drive off plan sales.
Through the process we created draft images for client approval from which amendments and alterations were made which ultimately lead to a better overall scheme.
The end result was a high-quality set of bespoke house type CGI’s, an external animation and drone matched footage showcasing the development as a whole to potential buyers before the site was built.
