Deansgate Square encompasses two and three-bedroom luxury apartments across four carefully designed towers, delivering a new level of city centre living to Manchester. Marrying together luxury living with unprecedented private on-site amenities in an iconic location at the heart of one of the world’s most liveable cities, Deansgate Square is on a new level.
Our client wanted to get the message across well ahead of the construction phase beginning on site, so we felt a solid package of aspirational imagery was required to market the lifestyle on offer.
As the development is near to excellent modern architecture and the iconic Beetham Tower, we recommended capturing an aerial shot of the city with our drone camera, then we added the iconic towers into the photo.
A strong interior design scheme was already in place so it was a natural process to produce high-quality imagery of the spaces, these would compliment the brochure design and style.
This was a high pressure and dynamic project for us to manage, with a flurry of design changes and client input across the full scheme. We really enjoyed working closely with the design team to achieve a set of aspirational images that helped secure retailers for the mixed-use part of the development.
The Far East presentation was also a success and gave the development exposure both abroad and in the UK, exactly what the client wished for.
Within the first 3 months of launch, over 450 apartments had been sold, exceeding the client’s expectations!
