Reimagine Design. Energy-efficient stylish architectural homes

Hollybrook required a cohesive marketing package that communicated the premium quality and lifestyle appeal of Sand Wood. The content needed to showcase all house types while placing strong emphasis on the wider neighbourhood, community, landscaping, and local amenities.

Objectives

  • 01 Engage early in the design process to identify and resolve potential issues before construction.
  • 02 Present Sand Wood as a prestigious, design-led neighbourhood through high-end imagery.
  • 03 Deliver marketing content that aligns seamlessly with the development’s brand strategy.

Immersive Design-Led Approach

We created an immersive VR tour from the earliest stages of the project, enabling the wider team to review the scheme, coordinate design decisions, and resolve potential clashes ahead of site works.

As the project evolved, the VR model was developed into a refined marketing asset.

Scenes were populated to communicate a strong sense of community and lifestyle, while interior visuals were carefully crafted to reflect the high-end specification of the homes.

Sales & Marketing Impact

Working closely with the marketing agency and sales team, we maintained a clear and consistent narrative across all outputs. The final animation and VR tour were launched at a public sales event, presented on iPads and large-screen displays.

The content played a key role in generating early buyer interest, contributing to a strong open day and the sale of many first-release homes before construction had commenced.
