Our client wanted to showcase the contemporary design of this development alongside its green and open surroundings by the canal. A lot of the target audience was overseas investors so an explanation of proximity to key London landmarks was paramount.

Our Approach

The private scheme of over 200 apartments comprises four separate buildings, designed by award winning Burwell Deakins Architects. Ranging in height from 10 to 18 storeys, the upper floors of the development provide impressive views of Canary Wharf and the City, so we recommended gradually building the impressive towers before ending at a camera point that would show panoramic views from the site.

The site itself is located alongside Regent’s Canal which provides a pleasant amenity for walking and cycling. Mile End Park, also located close by on the opposite side of the canal, provides some 90 acres of open parkland and we suggested animation shots that made use of these aspects. Alongside moving people and waterside activity, an impressive urban living lifestyle was visualised.

Outcome

Our high quality designs not only showcased the contemporary design of The Horizon but also succeeded in capturing the attention of the desired target audience. This resulted in Hollybrook Homes securing a buyer for the entire tallest Block before construction began. Our flythough designs also helped attract interest from investors, which ensured ALL blocks sold prior to the construction completion.
