Immersive Property Marketing

Banks Homes wanted a marketing package that didn’t just show the development — it needed to sell the lifestyle. Our task was to bring an unbuilt site to life through a fully immersive, touch-screen experience that would help customers explore the streets, property styles, and green open spaces long before construction finished.

We needed to highlight the mix of brick finishes, the warm, welcoming character of the neighbourhood, and the generous POS area framed by mature trees — all reinforcing the quality and craftsmanship behind the development.

Plot-Specific, Detail-Rich. Marketing Built for Buyers

We proposed a fully immersive digital tour designed to show off every unique house type and the overall character of the development.

Using strategically placed, high-quality panoramic viewpoints, we created a seamless walkthrough that showcased key focal points, the green open space, and how each plot sits within its surroundings.

Interactive links allowed users to dive deeper into individual homes, reinforcing clarity and confidence for buyers exploring off plan.

Immersive Early-Stage Marketing

Working hand-in-hand with Banks Homes, we transformed their digital brochure content and brand guidelines into a polished, premium touch-screen presentation tool for their sales arena. This immersive experience allowed customers to understand the site layout, explore house types, and appreciate design variation long before visiting a physical show home.

Throughout development, we offered design recommendations and visual options that helped refine the overall scheme — resulting in a more considered, compelling final product.

The finished result: a bespoke, high-quality immersive sales tool that elevates the customer journey and drives confident off-plan purchasing.
